Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information NextGenApp Technology Solutions LLC, doing business as OrbitValue (“OrbitValue”, “we”, “us”) collects through orbitvalue.ai, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you send us: when you book an assessment, request a demo, apply to a partner program, download research or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, work e-mail, phone number, business name, industry, role, workflow interests and your message.
- Stock Research Lab requests: name, e-mail, optional company and role, how you plan to use the research tools, and the password you choose. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash. We do not ask for income, net worth, investment goals, risk tolerance, brokerage credentials or holdings.
- Technical information: our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically receive standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, and may use privacy-focused, cookie-less traffic measurement. If you sign in to the Stock Research Lab, we set a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule meetings and provide the services or demo access you asked for.
- To review and approve access requests and operate the Stock Research Lab.
- To send the research or updates you asked to receive. Every marketing e-mail includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To protect the site, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example web hosting, content delivery, e-mail delivery and scheduling), who may use it only to provide those services to us; when required by law; or as part of a merger or sale of our business, subject to this policy.
Retention
We keep inquiry and access-request information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, typically up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe from marketing e-mails at any time using the link in the e-mail or by contacting us.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by e-mailing [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; contact us to exercise them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access to stored information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Client data
Data that clients share with us during paid engagements is governed by the client's agreement with us (for example a master services agreement and data processing addendum), not by this website policy.
Children
This site is intended for business users and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the latest version.
